Hansa Events Executes The Brightstar Annual Goal Alignment Meet 2018

With the objective of recognising and rewarding exceptional effort shown by the employees and to set new goals and targets for the year, Brightstar conducted its 3rd Annual Goal Alignment Meet at Westin, Gurgaon. 
Selected from a multi-agency pitch, the end to end experience of the conference was managed by the Hansa team and it consisted of everything, right from the pre-event communication to the giveaways.

With the underlining concept of 'Bigger, Bolder, Brighter', ELEVATE was used as the theme of the conference to talk about moving forward and upward with the chipset of a computer as the base of the designs. The design communicated the essence of the conference and how it connects every single person at Brightstar and keeps the momentum. 

With a personalised welcome kit and interestingly done collaterals, a 20ft Photo Op Wall with names of all employees welcomed them in the pre-function. Attention to detail was key as smaller elements added life to the conference. With Open Q&As, Presentations, Motivational Speeches, Activities, and more, the conference gave way to the R&R to felicitate top performers. The celebratory evening followed by opening the floor to the DJ. 

The conference was key in establishing the roadmap for the year, and the Hansa team has been ecstatic in organising it. Talking about the event, Head Marketing & Corporate Communication for Brightstar India, Sameer Misra said, “2017 had been a very challenging year for Brightstar and we had to ensure that the experience would be just as special and memorable.
