Tamarind Global Manages, Produces and Keeps the Show Running for JBCN School Conference

Tamarind Global was brought onboard to execute a 2-day conference by the JBCN Group. The event focused on the topic of Mindfulness which ideally means the overall self-development of oneself.  The participants of this event were teachers and principals of various schools across India and the event was aimed at their development. 

The 2-day event started at 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on both days and had speakers from various schools, institutes and walks of life speaking on various topics related to mindfulness.

As the theme of the event was Mindfulness, most of the décor elements focused around encouraging messages and quotes along with the Vision and Mission of the group.

The production set up included a 40’’x20’’ stage with 32’’x11’’ft LED backdrop and a media backdrop of 8*10 ft. The pre-function branding was in 24’’x12’’, 13’’x11’’, 14’’ x 12 with the Vision and Mission of JBCN and a wall of speakers.

Indoor house plants were used as centerpieces for the table. The catering was handled by Sahara Hotel. There were around 300 guests and notable speakers including actress Diya Mirza, who was invited as one of the key speakers.
