Formosa A for Pineapple

A For Pineapple was awarded the mandate for conducting the technical seminar for Formosa; and planned and executed the event to the hilt. Scheduled for December 6, 2017, the event saw attendance from some of the top executives at Formosa, a Global Plastics giant headquartered in Taiwan. 

The Formosa Technical Seminar took place at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi and AFP began planning backwards to get all the requisite designs and equipment. Over two hundred guests attended the conference. The entire set-up was world class with 4K screens and all presentations made in the same ratio. The Taiwan Ambassador was the chief guest at the Conference. 

To give a glimpse of the Indian tradition, the conference was kickstarted with Lamp Lighting and was followed by technical presentation by Department Heads. 

To lend a global ambience to the conference international country-flags were put in front of the Hotel and all Taiwanese Hostesses handled registration. 

Ajit Singh – Regional Head, AFP Said, “The biggest challenge was to co-ordinate with the International Client because of the language barrier. We worked almost akin to the Indian counterpart of the company to get all necessary approvals from the headquarters in Taiwan. The planning had to be perfect to the ‘T’ because every change meant going back to the Executives in Taiwan for validations. Multiple video conference was done to take the client through the set-up and the visuals.”
