For its annual Family Day celebrations, Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) roped in A For Pineapple and the latter rose to the occassion ensuring the day was a complete success. The aim was simple: spreading happiness in the lives of employees and their respective families. AFP presented a powerhouse of a pitch and won the account.
The brief was a simple one-liner to ensure that the happiness NPCL wanted to spread, in someway or another touches each and every guest. Staying true to the brief, AFP designed the activities that catered to all ages, genders, single and couples for the NCPL Family Day. The event was organised on December 18, 2017 at Stellar Gym Khana, Greater Noida.
The décor was constructed without obstructing the natural beauty of the lawns. And instead of constructing huge design props on ground, AFP ornamented the venue with aerial décor; lights, lamps. Trees were draped with colourful ribbons. Ground lights (red) were used to enhance greenery of the garden. Since the resources were limited, the entry gate was designed in such a way that it doubled up for photo op. The thematic arch gate greeted the guests as they walked in for an evening of fun and togetherness.
Ajit Singh – Regional Head, AFP Said,“The key task was to engage a huge crowd with limited set of artists. But we curated the entertainment in such a way so that the Guests could experience variety of performances. Hence the evening was programmed with an elaborate set of routines; Rohit Thakur tickled the audience’s funny bone, acting as Guthi. Siddhu and Doctor Gulati. More than 200 guest participated in the longest human chain, orchestrated by Siddhu (Rohit Thakur)”.
There was electrifying entertainment, Mega watts of dance and DJ that had families enjoying the event. RockNama, the band famous for their new age Bollywood songs had the audience grooving to their tunes. Kids enjoyed their fun time in the kid’s zone filled with exciting games and decorated with colourful reflected balloons.
The aim for AFP was simple: spreading happiness in the lives of employees and their respective families.
