The Star Screen Awards, held at the MMRDA Ground, BKC – Mumbai on December 3, 2017, was executed and conceptualised by Cineyug Group Of Companies. This year, all the big wigs of Bollywood came together to celebrate and bring in the New Year with exceptional entertainment, glamour, and grandeur at the Star Screen Awards - Party Wali Night. 

The superstar of Bollywood, Salman Khan, opened the show by giving the audience a ride full of laughter and fun. The evening was hosted for the first time by two female actresses who this year, have mesmerised the audience and owned the box office with their incredible performances – Bhumi Pednekar and Kriti Sanon. These two ladies were supported by the very talented Seema Pahwa, who delighted the crowd with her sense of humour and comic timing. 

The show witnessed power-packed performances by the gen-next divas such as Kriti Sanon, Taapsee Pannu, and Ileana D’cruz.

Television sensations Rithvik Dhanjani, Raghav Juyal, and Shakti Mohan continued the party on some of the most popular numbers of the year. 

Ritvik and Raghav also performed a tribute act to the legendary superstar Vinod Khanna as they performed on some of his evergreen songs. This act concluded with a heartfelt and special moment as Bollywood’s biggest superstar and Vinodji’s close friend and co-star, Shri Amitabh Bachchan presented Vinodji’s wife with a painting of the late actor and spoke a few words about him.

Bollywood’s dancing queen paid a tribute to the Showman of Bollywood – Director Subhash Ghai as she performed on his iconic song. Dance sensation, Varun Dhawan joined Madhuri in her act as they danced together.

The night concluded with a super grand finale by the superstar, Salman Khan who welcomed the audience with swag and performed on some of his hits bringing in the New Year – 2018 along with his Judwaa partner Varun Dhawan as they hovered above the audience on a huge platform with a led panel that kickstarted the countdown to 2018. As this year at the Star Screen Awards 2017 Party Wali Night – It was all Double the fun and Double the entertainment!
