AForPineapple Crafts A Thrilling Adventure For Hitachi Bandhan 2.0

AForPineapple executed the second edition of Hitachi IP, Hitachi Bandhan' in December 2017 marking the end of the year with a whole lot of fun and adventure for employees and their families. Whilen the first edition was executed by AFP in the month of September last year, the brief was to make the second season bigger, better, and celebratory. 

Donning their Santa hats stuffed full of ideas, the team at AFP ensured the two-day affair on December 16 and 17 was filled with gifts for families of employees coupled with learning sessions for executives - staying true to the aim of showering guests with unlimited fun and family time and at the same time keep the spirit of the conference alive.  

Bearing the theme in mind, Della Adventure in Lonavala, Maharashtra was chosen as the venue. AFP christened the sequel as ‘Hitachi Bandhan – Fusion of Tech & Fun 2.0”. Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic Pvt Ltd CEO, Mr. Anuj Gupta opened the conference, and  MD, Mr. Tarun Seth, chaired presentation sessions. 

The evening was Santafied (Santa Claus like) with entertaining and engaging Christmas games and themes for families. A huge Christmas tree was placed in the center of the lawn with Santa Claus and snowman cutouts as décor. Family photos were clicked with the Christmas themed props in the specially designed photo op area. Kids indulged in games like feed the snowman.

Post 7.30 pm the audience was grooving on the tunes of the unplugged singer Arbaaz and to add cherry to the cake – a Drum Jam session was organised for all guests. The festive atmosphere continued with live Bands, DJ’s and cocktails till the wee hours of the night. 

Keeping the tradition of ‘happy memories’ alive, this time too specially designed personal care hampers and djembes were kept in the guests room as a memento while the guests were enjoying the gala night in the banquet.
