Taj Mahal Hotel Motwane Entertainment and Weddings Zaheer Khan Sagarika Ghatge

The gorgeous Sagarika Ghatge and Zaheer Khan got hitched on November 23, 2017. Opting for a court marriage, the couple then hosted a grand reception for all the Bollywood biggies and stars from the team India, hosted at The Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai on November 27, 2017. 

The hospitality, guest and food & beverage management was taken care of by Motwane Entertainment & Weddings. Held in the ballroom of the Taj Mahal Palace, Sakshi Jairath was engaged for the decor of the venue. The delicious Mughlai, Oriental, and Japanese cuisines were selected for the evening, where everyone relished every bit of the sumptuously set menu. 

As the couple very much in love was dressed to impress, the guest-list that boasted of Sachin Tendulkar, the Ambanis, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, and everyone associated with Zaheer and Sagarika were also dressed to the nines. Anushka and Virat added an element of fun to the evening by shaking a leg to the tunes of Bollywood. 

“I've known Zaheer since the past 20 years, he is one of my closest friends. It was beautiful to be a part of his big day, as that felt to be like a family. Our motto was to make every guest and even the couple’s families feel comfortable and ensure everyone enjoys the event. Everyone who came felt happy and private. It was a close knit private affair where everyone had a blast. Those who came by 9 PM, left at around 3 to 4 AM. All we wanted to give the guests and the couple was a warm environment, and seeing everything go according to the plan, made us truly happy”, says Aditya Motwane, Director, Motwane Entertainment & Weddings.
