BrandAid Events Produces Tech Festival 'Sangam' Celebrating IMS Health & Quintiles Merger

BrandAid Events implemented a first-of-its-kind two-day event for the recent merger of IMS Health and Quintiles, which has firmly positioned them as the global leader in healthcare intelligence. With the coming together of these two companies, the powers that be, realised the need to bring together the employees of these two giants for a showcase of their collective capabilities. 

The event was held on September 13-14, 2017 at the QuintilesIMS office and saw over 4000 attendees over the span of the two days. The event gave a platform for teams of both the companies to showcase their areas of expertise and explore possible areas of collaboration.

18 octonorm stalls complete with dedicated LED screens and demo zones were created for each of the various business verticals and service lines. Each with their own set of design and installation requirements, the BrandAid team coordinated with SPOCs from each team to redesign each stall. 

The lower ground floor of the QuintilesIMS building was completely transformed from an empty shell to a highly customized arena reflecting the vision and focus of the company to deliver integrated information and technology solutions to drive healthcare forward.
