Speaking about the festival, Aastha Chauhan, Festival Director said, “The third edition of DWF is thrilled to have Salt XP on board as promoters and Abhinandita Mathur (researcher) as the curator. The incredible energy of our core team Kush Sethi, Simran Gill, Thomas Ellis and Alexis De Ducla is enriched by the partnership with Rahul Bhasin and his team at SaltXP. We are looking forward to taking this festival to other cities. Bangalore, Mumbai, and Jodhpur are on the cards. The DWF is obviously about walking. Walk - to discover, to get lost, to learn, to unlearn, to know your city better but mostly walk to find yourself through these myriad frameworks of urban existence. Sign up for YOUR walk.”
Sumit Chandhoke, CEO, Salt Experiential Marketing and Executive Producer, Delhi Walk Festival added, "The road not taken, the road less travelled, where the streets have no name – that’s where you find the real Delhi. To us, at Salt XP, the Delhi Walk Festival is special and unique, as it is out of the clutter of performance-based & dance music properties in the market. DWF is more inclusive and experiential for anyone who wishes to participate. The growth prospects of the Delhi Walk Festival are huge, as this is the only way you can truly touch, feel and experience this complex entity like Delhi with millennials old art, culture, heritage & food. With Incredible India now on board, we have an opportunity to present Delhi as not just the capital of India, but as a truly great destination of choice for locals and travelers alike.”
