Amidst much fanfare and glitz, the versatile and gorgeous Taapsee Pannu inaugurated the 90th Skechers store in Ambience Mall, Gurugram on July 21, 2017.

Skechers, an American performance and lifestyle footwear brand is growing rapidly in India and has reached the 90th store mark within a short span of time. This store at Ambience mall on the first floor is Company-owned and company-operated. The design of the store is inspired from a warehouse theme. With an area of 1500 Sq. ft., the store features metal fixtures, brick columns, etc. representing the concept which is vintage, modern, rich and high-powered in nature.

Taapsee Pannu was seen browsing through the collection at the newly opened store and said, “For me, fitness of mind and body is the key. I make sure I work out daily. Right now, I feel like a small girl in a candy shop as Skechers store has such great designs and colour in footwear to choose from. Besides, they are technologically superior and offer the perfect grip and endurance required for the work out while making me look good.”

Present at the launch was Marvin Bernstein, Managing partner, SKECHERS SÀRL. He was joined by Rahul Vira, CEO, Skechers South India Pvt Ltd who added, “At Skechers, we are constantly striving to innovate, be it through product design or technology. We are passionate about sports and we offer great choices in high-performance shoes ideal for various intensive and light fitness activities.
