Business and Banking Technology Platform giant Fino celebrated its 11-years anniversary on July 15, in an event managed by Essence Transmedia Pvt Ltd. The year also marks Fino being granted a Payment Banking License, for which they began operations on June 30.
As a part of celebrations, event was divided in 2 segment: 11 days of Office activities, and a Grand Finale event at the CIDCO Convention Centre, Mumbai.
The multiagency pitch was won by Essence Transmedia Pvt. Ltd for its innovative concept of a Radio Station Exclusively for FINO employees as a part of Office activity. Radio Station was streamed LIVE pan-India everyday between 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm. All 11 days saw engagement activities for employees at Fino offices done by Emcee Surbhi Dighe; these engagements included ‘Fino of Sultan’, ‘Monsoon Dhamaka’, ‘Casino Royale’, ‘Ek aur Ek Gyraah’, Comedy Evening, ‘Fino’s Got Talent’ and many more. While Fino Employees from across India participated in the their internal Talent competitions, artists like Rahul Ingle and look-alikes of stars Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan performed at the office and engaged the crowd.
The main event on July 15 saw the venue set up with extensive branding along with multi photo-op areas. The event was hosted by Sameera Khan and celebrity Anchor A K Rahman, with 500+ guests at the event.
The Grand Opening act had Maharashtra’s own Lezim Troupe of 22 artists kick off the evening on a loud note with live Dhol and Tasha’s, and making way for the grand entry on the main stage through a split LED act by company CEO & MD Rishi Gupta. Other performances included acts by winners of Fino’s Got Talent Contest and Megha Sampat Dance Troupe. Finally, a DJ and percussionist ensured the evening ended on a highly musical note.
Speaking about the show, Rishin Kar, Chief Business Officer, Essence Transmedia said, “This was one of the most demanding pitches, as the client wanted 11 days of high voltage engagement at the office followed by an equally high voltage Grand Finale. Working on our creative strength we gave new concepts which was liked by client, and we executed same flawlessly to create an experience for the employees. The main show had 350 odd awards as well as performances to be wrapped up in a 3-hour time frame. Fino’s organising team had great depth of event knowledge, to meet their expectations of scaling heights in execution was our desire. New concepts, good set designs and strong performers is what made it all happen, and we hope to work with Brand Fino in the coming days too.”
The milestone coincides with the company’s 11-year anniversary, and saw Essence Transmedia come on board to deliver 11 days of in-office engagements followed by a Grand Finale event.
