Wedding management companies and planners in India can now reach out to ‘one of their own’ in the UK, even as India-based agency Theme Weavers Designs (TWD) has branched out in London, UK offering a one-stop service model to agencies and planners organising events in the UK.
The company has been operating in Kingston upon Thames, a leafy suburb of south west London (near Wimbledon) for a year now, and has quietly been surveying the local venues and vendors. It has now announced that it is ready to support subscribers.
TWD can be leveraged as a local European partner for a variety of event activities. Agencies and planners can contact them for local knowledge and advice, leverage their presence as their local team to perform recces, request local staffing support or even utilise their fully outsourced end-to-end service. With offices in both India and the UK, TWD provides subscribers with a unique opportunity to manage their UK & European events from the comfort of India, choosing to participate as much or as little as they prefer.
Founded in 2008 by two sisters, Prerana Saxena and Annushree Agarwal, the company specialises in experiential events including Weddings, social and corporate events. “We never repeat an experience”, says Prerana, CEO, TWD, “and the company does just what it says on the tin - creates a unique theme enabling their customers to express who they are and what they really stand for.”
Agarwal is the Creative Director working closely with Saxena, and she dedicates her efforts in pursuit of ‘the perfect experience’ that her clients want and rightly deserve. "Creating smiles at the end of the event is what we are all about,” says Agarwal.
TWD is known for creating spellbinding experiences for H.H. Maharaja Gaj Singh of Jodhpur's son's wedding, APL Logistics' India launch and the launch of Courtyard by Marriott, Gurgaon amongst other such notable events which the company carries in its kitty!
