#2  LA PERLE AT W HOTEL, AL HABTOOR CITY

The thing about being in event management is – you have to stand out. You have to be different, you have to shatter the norm and you have to forge new paths. You have to be that glistening oasis in an arid desert. 
And when you will to see the La Perle performance, you will realize– this is it!

The dawn of a new era of entertainment has arrived in Dubai with La Perle. Brought to Dubai by the Al Habtoor Group and borne of the genius and creativity of legendary artistic director Franco Dragone, La Perle is sheer music in motion.

A permanent State-of-the-Art Aqua Theatre nestling in the heart of Downtown Dubai and capable of holding its own against any true-blue Las Vegas show, this child of Cirque du Soleil boasts 65 world-class artists from 23 countries, holds 2 shows a night, 5 nights a week and has a seating capacity of 1,300 people. All this around a 2.7 million litre ‘aqua stage’ that can be drained in less than a minute to accommodate stunts on land. Daredevil performers will dive into the water-filled stage from a height of 25 metres and fly around the auditorium on high-powered winches at a speed of 15 km per hour.  Combining cutting-edge stagecraft and progressive technology, La Perle will be a visually stunning spectacle in, on and above water.

Offering 10 shows a week and over 450 shows a year, a visit to La Perle will truly be a great addition to all types of itineraries. Food & Beverage packages will also be available for guests. La Perle offers an exciting experience for groups ranging from 20 pax to a “buy-out” at 1,300 seats. AT THE TOP, BURJ KHALIFA SKY EXPERIENCE

Soaring high at 555 meters, At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY is fittingly Dubai’s most iconic destination. Groups can enjoy exclusive access to the redefined, highest outdoor observatory in the world, spread across levels 148 and 125 of Burj Khalifa.

The At the Top, Burj Khalifa tour typically last 1.5 hours. However, you can linger as long as you like before making the return journey to the base of Burj Khalifa. Groups will be taking with them, a fuller appreciation of this architectural wonder and a deeper understanding of Dubai’s remarkable vision. 

The experience begins when you step into the At the Top, Burj Khalifa SKY lounge, from where guests will be personally escorted to a dedicated elevator. Inside, they will watch in amazement as specially designed projections give them the feeling of flying over global landmarks as they ascend to Level 125. 

 A special elevator brings them up for the crowning experience. At 555 meters, they can now access the world’s highest outdoor observation deck and enjoy the breathtaking views or bask in the luxury of their lounges. They can also witness a pioneering concept in interactive experiences with a life-size screen that envelops them as they explore different corners of the Emirate. 

As they descend gently to ground level, a new exhibit allows them to relive the historic build of Burj Khalifa. Dedicated stations take them behind the scenes where they can listen to testimonials of the ‘People Behind Burj’, giving them insights into every aspect from the interiors and landscaping to the design and architecture. 

 At 456 meters above the ground, and one level above the At the Top observatory, Level 125 offers a spacious deck to enjoy the stunning 360-degree view of the city. This level also houses one of their newest attractions, Dubai – A Falcon’s Eye View that allows guests to explore the city from a unique perspective. Advanced telescopes with deep functionality, located on both, level 124 and 125, offer giga-panoramic views during day or night. These telescopes feature full HD camera with high zoom and are being introduced in any observatory across the world for the first time. With a multi-touch 22 inch high-end ruggedized screen, the views are unmatched with several astonishing new features to be added on shortly.

Platinum World Grroup had executed an event there last year where they guests mingled over cocktails and canapés for the guests. The soiree showcased a 'Celebrity Stars Night' theme. Wadhwa explains, “We had a Michael Jackson and Marilyn Monroe Tribute performances complete with fake Paparazzi and fans screaming and fainting as our guests entered the space. We even had fake TV reporters taking interviews of our guests as if they were stars. The crowd loved the concept. Post this we had a gala dinner at the Armani Hotel Ballroom with a performance by world renowned Ipad Magician, Simon Pierro and Singer and Suprano, Natalie Di Luccio. The event was hosted by Miss Portugal, Sara Silveira and me.”
