Birla Sun Life AMCs Annual Distributor Meet ‘Voyage’ concluded its 4th edition on April 27, 2017 at the Sahara Star Hotel, Mumbai. Given its long-standing relationship with the Aditya Birla Group, Fountainhead MKTG, the experiential marketing agency of the Dentsu Aegis Network, was given the mandate to conceptualise, plan and manage ‘Voyage’ for the third time in a row.
This distributor meet initiated in 2014, with the intention of providing an insight and in-depth knowledge to the audience, so that they could comprehend the economy better, have an enhanced understanding of the anticipated market behaviour and the benefits that accrue from it. A televised event by format, this event has grown by 87.5% in a year with an attendance of 1500 audience members.

As Voyage is one of the biggest distributor events held in the mutual fund industry today, it was our duty to ensure that the Voyage experience was truly remarkable. We made sure that along with staying true to its sole purpose, we also created an unexpected experience for every attendee, right from our theme to the execution of the theme at the event.”
Fountainhead MKTG’s theme for the 2-day conference was ‘Navigate’. This theme effectively communicated the core purpose of the conference. The theme was brought alive through a seamless and immersive nautical experience achieved using a well-thought design direction backed with the latest technology. Some of the highlights of this Voyage were a QR-Code driven registration allowing easy access to the guests on board, a stage designed to resemble a modern-day cruise ship with branding integrated seamlessly into the ship’s core design, strategically used LED screens to create an immersive on-seas experience and an immersive photo-op that placed the guests on the deck of the cruise-liner.
The event witnessed eminent speakers like Viktor Shvets (MD and Head of Global Equity Strategy, Macquarie Securities); Dr. Duvvuri Subbarao (Ex-Governor, RBI); Santosh Dalvi (Partner and Head – Indirect Tax Western India at KPMG) and many more. In addition to this, a highly-anticipated panel discussion was moderated by Faye D’souza (Editor, Mirror NOW). The event was concluded with a stellar performance by popular playback singer Kunal Ganjawala.
