2nd Edition of Brew-B-Q Managed by Senses Creations Sees Over 15,000 Attendees

The 2nd edition of Brew-B-Q, the event that celebrates the conglomeration of two of the best things in the world, cold beer and hot barbeques, was organized from May 5 to 7 at Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore. The event was conceptualised and executed by Senses Creations.
For the event, the courtyard area of Phoenix MarketCity was turned into a live experiential zone not only with live music and performances, but also with live barbeques, grills and other food counters, stalls and food trucks. The evenings pulled in a crowd of 5000 to 7000 over 3 days. The live barbeque zone also had a bar counter serving chilled beer.
The decor of the entire event was done with wood and barrels, while dim lighting created the right atmosphere. The entry arch, stalls, bar counter and photo op placed at the venue were also adorned with dim orange lights that made the wood-coloured décor glow golden as the smoky evening drew in. This year the event not only added more enthusiasts to its portfolio, but also added more food stalls and food trucks compared to last year. Good times partner Kingfisher sponsored the event and took the responsibility to quench the thirst of the crowd.
The evenings saw the best of entertainment performed by bands like Ministry of Blues, Drum Jam by Sham Rock, Arunaja, Zehen and Gphy, while the crowd sang and danced along. These music performances were also accompanied by dance performances by Etram, Anubis Nirvana and Team Iconic.
Talking about the event, Sannidhi V. J., Director, Senses Creations said, “We knew this event will attract good crowd, but didn’t expect people to go mad over food and entertainment; even in the rain, the event was so successful that even raindrops didn’t distract our visitors from visiting the outdoor event and I am sure they had their bite of rain, beer and barbeque.”
The event converted the venue into a ‘happy-place’, and lived up to its tagline, ‘thrill, grills and refills’. Phoenix Marketcity hosted this event along with Senses Creations for the 2nd time and saw a massive addition in footfall. Phoenix MarketCity promoted the event through print media, outdoor, radio and social media.
