Joe Rajan, the Founder and CEO of Harvey India has had a great success story in building his dream project to a successful venture. Today, Harvey India is a well-known and credible brand in the travel trade. While Harvey is on an expansion mode, Rajan takes another leap and enters into a strategic alliance with MtoM – Milestones to Memories, founded by Aarti Manocha.

Manocha has been in the travel industry for 21 years. She has worked with companies such as Travelite India (KTC), Tour Club, Kuoni, and was the founding member of Tamarind Global. After a decade with Tamarind Global, she has prospered on the most challenging and exciting move in her career. She is the sole founder of Milestones to Memories Pvt Ltd, a brand mirrors her experience, passion and vision.

Her vision is to create a global brand in the sales representations, wedding management and social events space. MtoM brings passion, professionalism and panache to every service they offer. Aarti’s vast experience spans across different portfolios, having started at the grassroot level of operations to becoming a member of the core management team.

She loves a challenge, and building great teams gives her immense happiness. She has a “nose” for what are the most significant issues, challenges, threats and opportunities facing an organization. She is a pro at building processes and strategies to support new projects from inception to successful growth.

Talking about the idea behind this collaboration, Manocha said, “This strategic alliance between Harvey India and MtoM is to ensure that both companies brings together the smartest teams and capabilities on the table, to combine their efforts in order to create new projects, growth and sustainable wealth for both the companies.”
