Dell EMC channel conclave was hosted by Kestone with the objective of connecting with Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs) and Partner CEOs to network and upgrade them with the latest Technology /process Dell EMC has to offer. The event was held for a week from March 15 to 22 at The Leela Mumbai; ITC Sheraton, Delhi and and The Leela, Bengaluru, with 100+ PSRs and 50+ Partner CEOs attending in each city
Dell EMC Channel Conclave was the first such event initiated by the channel partner marketing team of Dell, where the expectation of the client from Kestone was to make this engagement with the Channel community unique with the view of making it an annual property. This was the first meet-and-greet with the Channel community as the Dell EMC entity and the event discussed the roadmap of the Partner program and the vision for the Channel community.
Key members of Dell EMC's leadership team were also present including Alok Ohrie, President and Managing Director, India, Dell EMC; and Anil Sethi, Vice President, Channels, Dell.
Kestone designed the entire concept of this experience, and had to take care of the Creative Design and Concept (Marcom), Response Management and Onsite Registration management (CEP), Logistics and Production for the event (Events).
Meenakshi Mehta, Head, Strategy, Marcom, Kestone IMS Pvt. Ltd. remarked, “This 3-city tour saw each city have two events in the day, for which meticulous planning was done. Foreseeing the challenges of logistics and production, teams were instructed to fabricate material much ahead of the event. The showflow of the event had to be detailed out second by second to ensure that all content was absorbed by the audience.”
As per the brief shared by Dell EMC, Kestone conceptualized a first of its kind Training-based event for PSRs in the morning session and a red carpet event for the Partner CEOs in the evening. This was the first time when Dell EMC had conducted an event for PSRs where not only did they get to listen to Industry experts but they also received a proper sales training to help them boost their sales pitching skills. Renowned Trainer Vishal had travelled to Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru during the event to Interact with PSRs and train them hands-on.
The highlight of the evening session was the Newsroom where Kestone came up with a unique concept of News Hour and built the content for panellists comprising business leaders to discuss the current product strength of Dell EMC. This format allowed the leaders to share the vision, address the concerns of partners and debate over how business can grow. A passport design was created with a ready reckoner of this event as a keepsake for the PSRs; and symbolic of growth, plants were handed out as giveaways at the event.
Managed by Kestone, the Channel Conclave took place in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru and saw over 100 PSRs trained in each city while 50 partner CEOs were engaged with an evening red carpet event.
