Wedniksha, one of India's top wedding planning and management companies, designed, planned and managed Danube heir Adel Sajan and Sana's glamourous, star-studded wedding extravaganza in a luxury cruise liner in the Mediterannean! The couple's lavish Engagement was hosted at the specatacular Emirates Palace a few weeks before this nautical journey.
The 3-day celebrations were based on a #DilDhadakneDo theme featuring elaborate dinners, pool deck parties, sensational international acts and as expected, a star-studded guest list. Here's a round up of the celebrations.
The Retro Welcome Dinner
The luxurious destination wedding celebrations commenced with a gala welcome dinner which was followed by high tea.
The Sensational Sangeet
The Sangeet featured heart-warming speeches by friends and family. The evening also saw power-packed performances by Vishal-Shekhar, Badshah, etc and sensational international acrobatics.
The Dream Wedding
The star- studded wedding was attended by Bollywood biggies, industrialists and well-known presonalities and socialites namely Gauhar Khan, Malaika Arora Khan, Gurmeet Choudhary and wife Debina, Rohit Roy and wife Manasi, Shilpa and Shamita Shetty, Hussain Kuwajerwala, Dia Mirza amongst others.
The decks of the cruise liner were decorated beautifully by Wedniksha. The offbeat Baraat saw the groom and his family dancing through the outer deck of the ship, to reach the beautiful bride who sported a Neeta Lulla creation - flowy off-shoulder lehenga with 3D floral embellishments matching perfectly with the dreamy, fairytale wedding!
The Reception
The White Reception was a truly a unique and elegant experience hosted at the upper pool area of the cruise liner. The décor was kept entirely white. Gauhar Khan and Sushmita Sen shared emotional speeches. For this event too, the bride wore a Neeta Lulla outfit designed to go with the overall theme of the night.
