Think Events Constructs Another Fabulous Edition of NDTV Property Awards 2016

From the year 2015 to 2017, Think Events has gone on to build a strong rapport with news broadcasting and entertainment brand NDTV. For the third time in a row Think Events won the mandate to plan and execute NDTV Property Awards 2016 at Hyatt Regency, Pune on February 27.

Manisha Natarajan along with Anjilee Istwal hosted the third edition of the NDTV Property Awards. The awards honoured and acknowledged excellence in Indian real estate and recognised real estate leaders.

The ceremony was attended by the crème de la crème of the real estate world including Niranjan Hiranandani, Co-founder and Managing Director of Hiranandani Group; Dr. R. Kumar, Founder, Chairman & MD, Navin Housing & Properties Pvt. Ltd; Percy Chowdhry, Director, Rustomjee; Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Limited; Anuj Puri, former Chairman & Country Head of JLL India; and Rohit Gera, Managing Director, Gera Developments amongst others.

Jury members for the awards included Renu Sud Karnad, Managing Director, Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited; Amit Bhagat, CEO & Managing Director, ASK Property Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd; Ritesh Vohra, Partner, Real Estate Investments, IDFC Alternatives Limited; Rohit Salhotra MD & CEO, ICICI Home Finance Company; Manit Rastogi, Founder Partner of Morphogenesis; Anuj Puri, Chairman & Country Head of JLL and Manisha Natarajan, Executive Editor, Business and Real Estate & Senior V.P Corporate Affairs, NDTV.

Think Event’s scope of work included designing and managing the on-ground event. It was crucial for Think Events to plan and execute the awards with finesse as the award ceremony was to be televised on NDTV Prime on a later date. Continuing the trend, from Mumbai, Bangalore to now Pune the set displayed the vibrant skyline of the host city, Pune.  

Speaking about the event, Apaar Bhandari, Think Events commented, “We have built a bond with NDTV that only strengthens with each passing year. Our plan is to deliver the same quality and product no matter which part of the country this show travels to.”
