The Moving Heads Delivers Cyclothon, Rain & Foam Holi Party for ICICI Offsite at Aamby Valley

A truly action-packed event day at Aamby Valley: fitness power-breakfast, Cyclothon, rain & foam Holi party, inspiring conference with special participation of Saeid Heidari in a session on leadership – all these and more was brought together by the Moving Heads Events for 200 employees of ICICI’s Mumbai Zone. The event took place on March 4.

The gathering started on a high note as all the Guests arrived at a special fitness zone created at the pre-function area. The ‘green’ breakfast menu composed solely of fitness-friendly, light snacks, fruits, vegetables and salads, accompanied by ‘health shots’ made of amla, aloe vera and fruit juices. The fitness feel was completed with BMI stations providing information to those who were more into the numerical aspect of their wellness.

Energised and refreshed, guests proceeded to a short business conference which set the context for the off-site. Everyone’s attention was successfully pinned by an unexpected SFX-heavy new logo launch.

After the business part of the off-site concluded, the floor was taken over by Anuj Gurwara who kept the audience’s energy level sky-high through the entire day as the event host. Attendees then got pumped up with a short, funny energiser warm-up, post which everyone proceeded to the Cyclothon area where 200 sports bicycles awaited the Mumbai champions. Within minutes the start gate saw the entire group lining up in Teams, donning professional cycling racing bibs and helmets…and the Cyclothon started with an official flag-off! Although riding time was measured so as to nominate the winner Team, the agency’s priority was safety. Route design and management were planned in such a way as to avoid sharp curves and steep slopes and to provide maximum assistance on the entire stretch.

An enthusiastic Mumbai team completed the Cyclothon at a racing pace – while some of the cyclists took home medals, certificates of completion and a finishers photo wall, other Guests were already exploring another high point of the day – a total surprise: Rain dance & Foam Holi party!

A total immersion in colours, fun pichkaris, water pools and Holi style games as well as a foam-full dance floor made for a complete success. Rain and foam much appreciated given the hot weather and sports challenges of the Cyclothon. A specially-curated Holi festival theme menu added even more to the festival fun fair atmosphere.

After a well-deserved break, the audience reconvened in the evening for an inspirational guest session on leadership by Saeid Heidari, followed by a medley of fun internal impromptu performances –which turned out to be a complete show of creativity in action!

The evening concluded with a round of business Awards and special Day Performance Awards for the most dedicated Cyclothon and Holi games participants. Full of boundless energy, all the Mumbai Zone guests enjoyed the finale party with DJ KAZ which went on late into the night.
