E3 Integrated Events recently managed the annual dealer conference cum award ceremony for JK Cement on March 7 at The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata. Themed ‘Olympics’, the event witnessed a gathering of over 300 dealers congregating from 4 states -  Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and UP (East).

E3 Integrated Events came up with the theme of “JK Olympics” to celebrate the true spirit of sportsmanship and working tirelessly to achieve your goals. An outstanding thematic stage was created by the agency that left everyone in awe. The main objective behind the theme was to encourage the channel partners to excel in their performance. In keeping with the theme - sports and motivational acts were woven seamlessly into the event flow. The event kicked off in true Olympics style with the lighting of the ceremonial torch by President –Marketing, Niranjan Mishra which was followed by his inspirational keynote address.

Emcee Zuhair Abbas, the host for the evening, engaged all the guests with interactive sessions and fun games during the course of the gala evening. Not only were there awards and recognitions bestowed on the channel partners for their performance in the previous financial year, but lots of surprises were also given by way of a lucky draw. Some lucky participants walked away with televisions, iPads, iPhones and even a bumper draw of a motorcycle! The top-performing dealer in the zone was awarded a brand new Maruti Baleno. 

A major highlight of the event was the outstanding thematic stage created by E3. The entertainment lineup of the event included performances by Tron and Shivay act by team 5678. India’s Got Talent Fame Beat Breakers also performed at the event alongside other Indian and International artists.
