On February 3, the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai witnessed top performers and distinguished guests from ICICI Lombard General Insurance and valued partners from the Personal Business Loans team congregating on a common platform to celebrate and reward employees of the brand. The R&R program titled 'Golden Sprint – Meet the Bollywood Queen', was a felicitation ceremony that recognized superior teamwork and outstanding achievement of employees for the finance brand.

After a multi-agency pitch, the mandate to organise the event was handed to WOOT Factor Events, an event production house based out of Mumbai. Amit Relan, Co-Founder shared more details about the event saying, “Having previously managed R&R programs for ICICI Bank and other corporates we wanted to offer the clients and their guests with event experiences that would last a lifetime. The brief was to package and present a regular R&R program into an aspirational event for all employees.”

For the event, a celebratory and glamourous pre-function area was created by the production house, with Gaelyn Mendonca capturing guests' bytes, asking them about their journey at ICICI and their idea of excellence and achievement. She was joined at the event by the talented actor and host Manish Paul, who added verve and vigour as he hosted this extravagant gathering of super achievers.

The awards nights saw top honours being given away in 26 categories and also featured some entertaining performances that were supported via an amazing LED display that had audiences awestruck and bedazzled. The talented artists who entertained the audiences throughout the wonderful night were; Voctronica and 13.13.

The highlight of the night was Bollywood Actress Katrina Kaif gracing the occasion and rewarding the top performers of the financial Year 2016. At the event, the employees also witnessed a candid chat show with Manish Paul and Katrina Kaif. The event closed curtains with the Bollywood diva dancing along with the winners and sharing some camaraderie with them.
