Real Show Produces the Stunning SATTE Awards 2017 at Le Meridien Delhi

South Asia Travel and Tourism Exchange (SATTE), one of the key platforms by UBM India that offers a comprehensive platform to global tourism market, was organised from February 15 to 17 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Prior to the expo, the organizers of the exhibition also hosted the SATTE Awards 2017 on February 14 at Le Meridien Delhi. The event was aimed at celebrating and acknowledging the best in the travel and tourism industry.

Real Show, an event agency headquartered in Kolkata, won the mandate to execute the awards night following a multi-agency pitch. The brief given to the agency was the construction of a dynamic stage design, quality technical setup and flawless execution of the event. Real Show took on the challenge head-on and surpassed the client's expectations.

Talking about the brief received for the event, JD Mazoomdar, CEO, Real Show said, “The SATTE awards night is one of the biggest events of the travel and tourism industry and attended by all industry stakeholders. The awards night was attended by over 600 national and international guests from the tourism and hospitality industry along with the ministry of tourism heads and VVIP’s from the government and industry sector. One of the biggest challenges for us was to make sure the audiences feel connected to the event in such a humongous gathering. An additional challenge was to execute the show under a strict timeline of 2 hours only. Thankfully due to meticulous planning and hours of hard work, we managed to pull it off without any hassles.”

To add the engagement quotient at the event, Real Show had also created photo opportunity zones in the pre-function area of the event.  The entertainment for the evening featured Bollywood dancers and a special act by Sri Lankan Dancers (courtesy Sri Lanka Tourism).
