Wishmakers Creates Immersive Roadshow Concept to Promote Vodafone 4G in UP

Vodafone India recently hosted a multi-agency pitch for the execution of a series on-ground initiatives to promote their 4G services across the UP Circle in 5 cities and 40 locations. Wishmakers, an event agency headquartered in New Delhi won the pitch based on their innovative concept and designs.
For the activation in the targeted markets, Wishmakers created a roadshow concept with a striking canter holding a giant 3D logo of Vodafone 4G on a turntable stage backdrop. Since 4G has been positioned as Super 4G, the entire activation was designed to carry forward the same thought.
Additionally, to make the experiential engagement more immersive, activities and games were conducted by an emcee to demonstrate the power of 4G as well as the 'super' aspect of the internet. The canter would host a free Wi-Fi spot wherever it went and the audience was treated to LIVE video streaming, browsing, etc.
Virtual Reality glasses were also given out to audiences which was a new and different experience for the crowd. On the spot, quick games were conducted to declare the 'Super' Winners for various Vodafone contests.
Official spokesperson at Wishmakers revealed that the biggest unexpected challenge thrown at them during the execution phase were the tight restrictions on gatherings and crowds, due to the on-going assembly elections. However, because of its fabulous execution, the activation managed to grab over 40,000 eyeballs.
