Dubai Business Events Enhances Partnership with WOW Awards Asia 2017 and EPEX

Dubai Business Events (DBE), a prominent partner in the inaugural edition of the Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX), is continuing and expanding its partnership with the event this year. DBE, the city’s Official Convention Bureau, will showcase Dubai to the top MICE and Destination Wedding planners of India and Asia with a customised pavilion at EPEX 2017.

The pavilion will feature venues, hotels and other service providers and suppliers of the MICE and Events industry in Dubai. In addition, DBE will enhance its branding and visibility as Platinum Partner to the WOW Awards and Convention Asia 2017 which is co-located with EPEX.

India is the largest source market for visitors to Dubai, with a large proportion coming to the city for meetings and events. With year-round great weather, beautiful hotels and incredible restaurants, it is also a popular destination for Indian weddings.

Commenting on EPEX and the opportunity of promoting Dubai to the Indian MICE and Destination Wedding industry, Steen Jakobsen, Director, DBE, said: "I'd like to congratulate tmf India on the continuation of this successful platform. The Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX), following an overwhelming response from the inaugural edition, will increase space for up to 30 destinations to showcase to MICE and Destination Wedding Planners.

With the formal launch of the EPEX brand identity in this second year, the show has already attracted a healthy participation from destinations including, Dubai, Barcelona, Vienna, Berlin, Azerbaijan, Italy, Florence, Monaco, New Zealand, Malta, amongst others.
