Asian Paints Colourpro ‘Learn Everything About Paints’(LEAP) is an exclusive program where the entire premium range of products & services offered by Asian Paints is showcased to invited Architects and Interior designers.
Work Ventures has been executing LEAP for Asian Paints Colorpro for the last 3 years. In the first year, the concept was simple and saw different products displayed as per segment usage; in the second-year props were brought in with swatches and a few props with actual paint application were also displayed.
For its third edition, Asian Paints wanted the platform to be bigger and better than ever. The agency lived up to the brief by creating an an experiential zone in 10 cities (Indore, Raipur, Chennai, Kochi, Goa, Mangalore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ludhiana & Kolkata), comprising of different spaces to showcase different products and services.
Room sets of Segments like residential, office, hotel, Nilaya lounge, Colour Next Stall & SmartCare Zone were created in an area of 60’ x 40’ with actual painted walls and wallpapers and few paint swatches displayed creatively to enhance the setup. The thematic props brought life to the experiential zone by making the set look more real. Footfall at each location varied from 80 to 200 people.
Panel discussions with top-notch Architects as panelists talking about the latest trends in the industry were also incorporated in few cities along with the experiential zone.
To capture the requirements of the attendees, a form called ‘LEAP Deck’ was introduced, which was a combination of the LEAP Layout flow with swatch, collaterals, and sampling check-boxes of product names in each segment. Filled forms were shared with the unit heads to meet the requirements at the earliest.
Commenting on the event, Trisha Gupta and Shampa Kirti, Project Heads, Work Ventures said, “This year our motto was to take LEAP one step ahead, making it grand altogether and that is what we have tried to achieve creatively and operationally. It took us approximately 38 continuous hrs to set the whole zone in each city. Planning and executing everything in detail was a challenge but we conquered all the problems! We have acquired both applauds and learning from this project, which we look forward to incorporate in the next LEAP.”
Adding further, Monica Rankawat, Senior Manager, Work Ventures said,“Our team has worked day and night to bring out the essence of this setup along, without losing the true colours. All in all it was a great experience and we look forward to more such opportunities with Asian Paints.”
