200 Volini Experts Help Over 13,000 Runners Recoup at Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon 2017

Volini Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon

The 14th edition of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon was held on January 12 in Mumbai.  After two successful years of partnership with SCMM, Volini - a pain relief brand from the house of Sun Pharama - continued its association with the marathon by activating via a recovery zone at the event.

The Volini Recovery Zone at SCMM spanned an area of 12,000 sq. ft. and had more than 200 recovery experts including Sports Scientists, Injury Management specialists, Doctors and Physiotherapists facilitating instant pain relief and tending to tired muscles. Over 1200 runners also received personalized recovery treatment and services like cold towels, ice packs, etc. at the ‘Volini Members Lounge’ which covered 1800 sq. ft of the zone.

During the run up to the Marathon, Ultra Marathoner and Volini Expert Kieren Dsouza also interacted with race participants and shared personalized recovery tips.
