The Yellow Stage Creates a Mammoth Setup & Experiential Zone for Ray-Ban at Sunburn Hills

The Yellow Stage Ray-Ban Sunburn

The Yellow Stage, an event agency based out of New Delhi, has been the agency partner to Ray-Ban India for over 2 years now. The agency was called on yet again as Ray-Ban India executed one of its most ambitious brand activations at the 10th edition of Sunburn, which was held from December 28 to 31, 2016 at Kesnand District in Pune.

The brief given to The Yellow Stage by the brand was to create, design and execute an experience which would appeal, attract and engage audience across all age groups coming to the Sunburn Festival.

The agency had a mammoth challenge on their hands, as they attempted to make this activation by Ray-Ban India bigger in its experience, more interactive and more engaging for the target audiences.

The agency used 60,000 kg of concrete pipes, 356 Sq.ft. of Glass Cladded mezzanine floor and 664 Sq ft. of LED screens to create the stunning set-up of the activation zone. Additionally, a humongous wayfarer which was 36 ft wide was infused with LED screens and was suspended from a whopping height of 45 ft. making the Ray-Ban Pavilion stand tall from other activation zones at Sunburn Hills.

Being the most interactive and entertaining experience zone at the festival, the Ray-Ban booth offered multiple activities to its audience. The Glass Maze, slide to the ball Pit, spray-stamp T-Shirts, live inking arena were some of the activities that kept the audience completely engaged throughout the festival. Traction of over 27,000 enthusiasts was witnessed at the booth across the festival days and along with this, the brand also got a tremendous response on the digital platform with multiple contests running online with #RayBanSunburn.

Speaking about the setup, Geetika Kohli, Head – Key Accounts, The Yellow Stage said, “This was by far the most dynamic design, challenging execution and the toughest productions for us because the venue was on a Hilltop. However, with hard work and determination, the response to the zone was thunderous from the audiences present at the festival which made us realize that we were successfully able to bring out the attributes like fun, cool, iconic, courage, music, etc. because this is what Ray-Ban as a Brand stands for.”
