E3 Integrated Events managed the Annual Dealer Conference cum Award Ceremony for JK Cement on December 14, 2016 at Hyatt Regency, Chandigarh. Themed ‘Olympics’, the event witnessed a gathering of 550 guests from 8 states of North India i.e. Delhi, UP, Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, HP, J & K, Punjab, and Haryana.

The agency came up with the innovative theme of “JK Olympics” to celebrate the true spirit of sportsmanship. The main objective behind the theme was to motivate the channel partners to excel in their performance. Sports and motivational acts were woven seamlessly into the event flow to create a connect with the theme. In true Olympics-style, the event kicked off with the lighting of the ceremonial torch by President – Marketing, Niranjan Mishra followed by a keynote address.

Emcee Jitesh Chawla, the host for the evening, engaged all the guests with the interactive sessions and fun games throughout the gala evening. Not only were there awards and recognitions bestowed on the channel partners for their performance in the previous financial year, but lots of surprises were also given by way of a lucky draw. Another highlight of the event was the thematic stage conceptualized by the agency.

In terms of entertainment, the audiences were enthralled by Tron Act by team 5678, Malkham Act and performances by Indian and International artists.
