Sonam Kapoor and Bipasha Basu Showstoppers at Kolkata and Gurgaon Editions of BPFT

Sonam Kapoor Blenders Pride Fashion Tour Salt Experiences and Management ITC Sonar DLF Golf & Country Club

The Kolkata, Gurgaon and Mumbai editions of Blenders Pride Fashion Tour (BPFT) concluded on November 26, December 2 and December 10, respectively. The multi-city tour has already completed its Hyderabad edition on October 22, and will conclude tomorrow in Bangalore. The premier fashion show is showcasing ground-breaking experiments with music, fashion and style.

Kolkata saw the bedazzling works of the two amazing designer duos – Rohit Gandhi & Rahul Khanna and Falguni & Shane Peacock. The patterns of both were largely inspired by contemporary and modern art giving the entire event a very edgy look. All their designs blended really well with the concept – Refractions of Style. The entire tour has been conceptualised, produced and executed by Salt Experiences & Management. The pre-function and technology zones added to the exciting experience, which took place at ITC Sonar with over 700 guests attending the show. The event saw a beautiful collaboration of music with renowned artists like Gaurav Raina and Mad boy/Mink entertaining the guests. The showstopper for the evening was Bipasha Basu, who won the hearts of all in her designer outfit.

The Gurgaon edition took place at DLF Golf & Country Club and showcased the work of designers Rajesh Pratap Singh, Shantanu & Nikhil. The musicians featured were Grain ft. Monica Dogra and Curtain Blue, who belted out peppy numbers, curated only for the evening. Around 1200 people were drawn into this stylized experience embellished by showstoppers- Sonam Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapoor.
