HSBC Unveils E-brochure at its Top Tier Proposition Launch Managed by Encompass

The HSBC Top Tier Proposition Launch took place on December 6 and 7 at the Hyatt Regency, Mumbai. Managed by Encompass Events, around 135 top-level employees of HSBC attended the event.

Hosted by Dyu D’cunha, Day 1 witnessed the launch of Top Tier Proposition i.e. a segment for the Relationship Managers of the top HNI clients of pan India HSBC. The audience was left in awe after a motivating mind-reading performance by an Israeli mental illusionist, Roy Zaltsman. The event was attended by approximately 135 employees including the CEO, Head - Retail Banking and senior management. The entire event was also broadcast to 15 regional branches.

Day 2 saw an interactive conference for these Relationship Managers with multiple workshops conducted by senior management. These workshops were conducted to help the Relationship Managers understand how to deal with such clientele.

Encompass was entrusted with end-to-end management of the entire event, including conceptualizing and planning theme-communication for the Proposition Launch; designing and fabricating the set, collaterals and all other branding for the event; and strategy planning, along with permission procurement and venue coordination to ensure a seamless and hassle free event.

Live interviews and photographs of the guests were taken against a Chroma backdrop in the pre-function area, the content of which was used to create an AV.

The Relationship Managers came together to power their privileges for the grand unveil of an e-brochure by inserting their Privilege Access cards (given along with the invite) into a key insertion box placed on the stage, post which the centre panel on the set rotated to reveal the e-brochure.

Following the interactive conference on the second day, each Relationship Manager received a personalized gold card, along with their photo mosaic and magazine cover.

Encompass has been working with HSBC over the last 10 years, regularly handling their recognition and award programmes. Siddarth Ganta, Account Director – Encompass Mumbai remarked, “It was a pleasure working with HSBC. We received a challenging brief but managed to crack it by zeroing in on the theme ‘The HSBC’s Front Row : Power Your Privilege’. We had the task of making the unveil of the inanimate E-brochure come to life. Our well-crafted set managed to convey that by incorporating a panel which rotated to reveal the E-brochure. The Relationship Managers received a privilege access card along with their invite which they had to carry to the event. Only after every Relationship Manager inserted their Privilege Access Card into a key insertion box on stage, did the panel rotate to reveal the E-brochure. This was symbolic of powering their privilege.”

The events took place on December 6 and 7 at the Hyatt Regency Mumbai, and was attended by 135 top-level employees.
