This year the festival also launches its official app to keep fans updated on all the information they need to know while they are at the Happiest Music Festival. The app contains artist set timings, customizable daily schedules, ability to view friends' schedules, festival maps, artist information, stage information, emergency contact numbers and many more features that will enhance a fan's festival experience. It will be available on both the Android and Apple Stores.

To make travel to the festival fun and easy, the festival is also offering shuttle services from prominent pick-up points in the city to the Life Republic, and back. Fans can board the shuttle from Aundh (Parihaar Chowk), Kalyani Nagar (Mulik Lawns) or Shivaji Nagar (Fergusson College Road).

As Bacardi NH7 Weekender aims to be a festival accessible to everyone, including those with special needs, arrangements have been made by OML for viewing platforms next to sound consoles with ramps for persons using wheelchairs, scooters, crutches, walkers or other mobility aids. Special parking facilities are also available at the closest possible entrance into the festival arena. Wheelchair friendly toilets are marked in the area for people with special needs. For medical emergencies, trained staff and ambulance service have also been made available by the organizers.

With an aim to become a minimal waste festival over the next three years, Bacardi NH7 Weekender is also implementing responsible waste management by promoting waste segregation and proper disposal of waste. To aid this, two separate bins will be placed at strategic locations where fans can help by segregating their waste into Food waste and Recyclables. Recyclable materials will be sent to recycling plants and the food waste will be composted. Fans can reach out to volunteers manning the bins in the food area for any guidance on segregating their waste correctly.
