Vibgyor Brand Services Creates Virtual Reality Zones for 'MTV Presents Nescafe Labs' at IIM Lucknow

Nescafe, the coffee brand from the house of Nestlé, and Viacom18’s youth entertainment brand MTV, have signed a three-year partnership to create a digital-only property called MTV Presents Nescafe Labs.
The co-branded digital platform will serve as a talent scouting and nurturing platform, driving engagement for the brand and content creation for the media brand.
It is a platform for experimental and creative talent to be discovered, to collaborate and to be mentored enabling them to get started on their journey in the creative field. As part of the platform, different talents will be classified in three different buckets - music, film and a third bucket for everything which can’t get classified in the first two (like graphic design, clay modelling, mimicry, etc).
To be a part of the platform, people can participate in any of eight challenges or the four Mega challenges that the platform will throw at youngsters periodically. With Google Cardboard, Virtual Reality users and participants can watch the various challenges performed by the participants.
As a part of the activation and promotion process of MTV Presents Nescafe Labs, Vibgyor Brand Services was roped in to create Virtual Reality zones in IIM Lucknow for students to see the talent and vote through community likes on all social media platforms. The VR Zone also helped the students in guiding them through these challenges and encouraging participation. Below are a few moments we stole from the activation event.
