Inextis Events recently organized and executed multi-city, multi-dealer one day events “Har Week Diwali” at Tata Motors dealerships. The events were conducted on October 9 in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh and Ludhiana, on October 16 in Lucknow, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Bangalore, and on October 23 in Kolkata.

Within a very short turnaround time, Inextis Events was up for the challenging execution of the campaign across these 10 cities in 44 dealerships and was responsible for the logistics, event flow, manpower selection, shortlisting, printing, fabrication and managing the final roll-out flawlessly at all cities and their respective dealerships.

Tata Motors invited its existing customer data base that own Tata Motors’ passenger vehicles as well as prospective customers for the celebration, and the event witnessed a total of 1094 families attending and joining the celebration.

Inextis events had planned the event flow in a manner to keep the attendees engaged throughout the day right from 11 AM to 5 PM. An emcee interacted with the people, entertained them and brought the best out of them through 'minute to win-it' games along with an interactive session with Tata Motors Sales representatives, informing attendees about the various schemes, offers and prizes during “Har Week Diwali” celebration.

Other engagements at the event included a photo-op setup wherein attendees took photos along with props and “Har Week Diwali” cut-outs. Keeping in mind entertainment for all, a magician was also a part of the celebration to entertain the kids and families.

Over the successful planning and execution of the multi-city event, Mayank Prakash, Marketing Manager, Tata Motors said, “The idea was to create excitement at our dealerships and generate walk-ins during the festive season. It was a herculean task as the event had to be executed in 10 cities at 44 dealerships and the timelines were tight. It was also important to ensure standardization at all locations irrespective of executional challenges faced at a regional level. In such times, having a trusted partner like Inextis Events proved to be of great help. The event was a huge success and we received positive feedback from all regions. The team could entertain 1094 families while generating 127 fresh bookings during the event. This is a great achievement and most of the credit goes to the Inextis team for pulling it off at such short notice.”
