Work Ventures Colgate World Dental Show

The World Dental Show was organized from October 7-9 at BKC, Mumbai, a trade and knowledge sharing platform that delivers the latest technologies, cutting-edge research and dentistry techniques to meet the growing demands of the ever-evolving world of dental science. The event also acts as a meeting point uniting all relevant groups related to the world of dentistry from across the world.

Brands in the world of Dentistry and Oral Hygiene from across the world participate at the exhibition to thrive on the audience attending the festival. However, this year it was brand Colgate that managed to capture the maximum audience of attendees through their technologically advanced engagements at the exhibition.

Work Ventures, an event agency based out of Mumbai was roped in to manage the stall of Colgate and the agency lived up to the client’s expectations by creating the biggest ever stall of Colgate.

The Colgate booth at the World Dental Show 2016 saw an amalgamation of technology with dentistry knowledge being used to create immersive experience for the attendees of the exhibition.

The agency custodians from Work Ventures reveal that the overall idea of the stall was to cut the mundane knowledge session and emphasize on the technology for detailing the products to make it interesting. Hence, Work Ventures proposed a cube tile technology which was the first to be used in India. Cube tile is a touch interactive technology which has multiple interactions on a physical cube the technology enables the user to view the content using multiple touches and a highly impressive interface.

The agency had created 5 different booths at the stall to convey various dental problems and display a wide range of Colgate products like Total, CSPR, Slimsoft, Pain Out & Colgate Sensitive Clove as their prospective solution.

A 70:30 ratio of dental students and dentists visited the stall and to attract more young crowd and to make the stall more engaging, Work Ventures introduced virtual reality games through an Oculus rift.  

On the success of the project, Stephy Lobo, Assistant Manager, Work Ventures commented, “We feel privileged to be the managing agency for one of the biggest stalls of Colgate for the 2nd consecutive year. It involved rigorous planning in terms of technological ideas & also the designing of the stall. The team went extra miles on the minutest of detailing. Our efforts were duly recognised by the applauds we received through Client on the success of the job.”

Adding further, Monica Rankawat, Sr. Manager, Work Ventures, said, “Colgate has been our one of the oldest and challenging client till date. These projects were a great experience as they were a real success in spite of the time constraint and challenges that comes with it, only because of proper planning and execution. The events were planned well and all the deliverables were met. Our team proved to be very flexible and therefore they had the bandwidth to adjust to last minute changes and pull off the entire event well.”
