Sephora from the Arvind Beauty Brands Retail Pvt. Ltd. opened the doors to its second store in Mumbai on October 15 and Toast was yet again brought on board to execute the launch of the largest store under the brand’s kitty. While there were hundreds of fans lined up prior for the launch of the city’s brand new beauty destination which is now at Infiniti 2 Mall, Malad, activations for the launch started well in advance.

The classic Sephora installation stood tall in the atrium of Infiniti Mall a week prior to the launch inviting all mall goers to the store launch. Sephora Dancers put up performances across the Juhu to Malad stretch not only entertaining the shoppers but also spreading awareness of the brand new store.

Sephora hosted the best beauty launch in town with the stunningly gorgeous Bipasha Basu, Esha Gupta and Disha Patani, who were seen doing a walkthrough of the store with the brand head Vivek Bali. The ladies posed for the media at the store façade before making an exit from the store. The 3 ladies showcased the 3 iconic Sephora looks of the season and flaunted them for the media.

Sephora also hosted an exclusive shopping preview, make up experiential and VIP Party for selected guests. The exclusive guest-list put together by Toast included Karan Wahi, Asha Negi, Rithvik Dhanjani, Hussain and Tina, Saumya Tandon, Raj Singh Arora and Pooja Gor to name a few. They were seen indulging in some serious retail therapy over sparkling wine and delicious hors d’oeuvres with celebrity DJ Pratz almost turning the new store into a party place!

Talking about the launch Pummi Khanchandani, Lead Client Servicing, Toast said, “This is our 5th Sephora Launch and 2nd one in Mumbai and we are extremely excited to be working with the Sephora team yet again. Owing to the location of the new store the approach of the launch was very different. We decided to target celebrities from the TV space who will not only be popular faces but also the ones who’d shop from the brand.”
