Thriving on this premise, Ferrero Rocher has recently unveiled a new campaign #PreciousDiwali which aims at encouraging consumers to celebrate the festival and its “precious moments” with their special ones.  As a part of the campaign strategy, Ferrero Rocher would create a unique brand experience for its consumers via in-store visibility, consumer activation and digital engagements.

The brand Ferrero Rocher has deep Italian roots and a family heritage in the Italian art of crafting chocolate and through the campaign it will bring the fine art of chocolate making to life and give an opportunity to consumers to witness the making of Ferrero Rocher pralines live in Ambience Mall (Gurgaon) from October 21 to 29. 

Ferrero Rocher will also create a Golden Experience Zone allowing the consumers to bask in the atmosphere of elegance, refinement and prestige with Ferrero Rocher at the centre of it.

Additionally, to expand the touch points of the fine Italian craftsmanship experience, Ferrero Rocher has also installed premium and elegant display units in selected modern trade stores across India.  In Mumbai, Delhi & Bangalore, from October 14, consumers visiting premium shopping stores can taste the roasted hazelnuts that are carefully selected & handpicked to form the heart of Ferrero Rocher.

Talking about the campaign, spokesperson from Marketing, Ferrero India, said, “Diwali is the most important festival in India and Ferrero Rocher has always celebrated the spirit of gifting in the festive season. Our campaign resonates with the fine elegance of our praline, making Ferrero Rocher a special gift for precious people we love. This Diwali, we have planned to do something unique and memorable for our consumers. For the very first time in India we are giving our consumers an opportunity to be a part of the Hazelnut roasting activity, where they will be offered freshly roasted hazelnuts that form the heart of Ferrero Rocher.”

The campaign as shared above also has a digital leg and with Diwali festival around the corner, it is a given that homemakers will search for new ideas for their home decoration. The brand in this regard has updated its website www.ferrerorocher.com with multiple Golden Inspiration DIY (Do It Yourself) decoration ideas that the brand followers can seek inspiration from.

Besides these Golden Inspirations, with every special edition of Ferrero Rocher T24 pralines pack, consumers will get 3 Golden lantern decor elements that they can create with few simple steps and make it part of their home decoration. 

Additionally, Ferrero Rocher through their Facebook page is encouraging consumers to share their home decoration with these Golden lanterns to get a chance to win a trip to Italy, where Ferrero Rocher was born and crafted, and other exciting prizes. 

The brand custodians are currently mum on the executing partners of the campaign. However, since the campaign and activation strategy is similiar to the one in 2014 that Vibgyor Brand Services executed, it is likely that they will continue as agency partners for the same.
