Hyatt Regency Pune Appoints Suveer Sodhi as Director of Operations

Hyatt Regency Pune has in its most recent communication introduced Suveer Sodhi as the new Director of Operations. Suveer brings with him a rich experience of over 10 years in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with brands such as the Shangri- La Hotels and Resorts, Aman Resorts, Dusit Hotels & DLF Restaurants to name a few.
A dedicated and versatile food & beverage professional, Suveer has handled several challenging roles in the past which involved setting up award winning restaurants, bars and nightclubs across New Delhi.
In his role as Director of Operations, Suveer’s preliminary responsibility would be to ensure operational excellence at the hotel and maintain a high guest satisfaction index.
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Pune, Suveer was Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La’s Eros Hotel, New Delhi. Here he was in charge of revamping and re-launching the entire food and beverage offering at the hotel by introducing five new concepts which included the All Day Dining venue, The Italian restaurant, Shangri-La’s Signature Chinese Restaurant – Shang Palace, a Concept Bar and a new Tea Restaurant.
Suveer brings with him a rich experience of over 10 years in the hospitality industry, having previously worked with brands such as the Shangri- La Hotels and Resorts, Aman Resorts and Dusit Hotels.
