The Think Tank Entertainment Unveils ‘Altavista’ for Mumbai Real Estate Developer Spenta

Leading Mumbai real estate developers, Spenta, introduced their building, Altavista, showcasing its elaborated amenities to all their Channel Partners in an event on September 28 at Vivanta by Taj – President, Mumbai. Managed by The Think Tank Entertainment, the main purpose of the event was the launch of their new fifth tower Montana in Chembur. More than 200 people attended the meet, including the promoters of Spenta.

Montana promises mountain facing homes with a magnificent view and an apex living. It was the first time the Channel Partners were made aware of Montana.

The Founder and Managing Director of Spenta, Aspan L. Cooper with the Directors Farshid A Cooper and Anaisha A Cooper were present at the launch. Farshid A Cooper introduced the 3 prime properties of Spenta Corporation - Spenta Tower at Forjett Road, Aventa at Altamount Road, and Rivierra at Walkeshwar, all in Mumbai.

The Think Tank Entertainment was responsible for the concept and approach to showcase their event. An art installation showcased the Spenta Skyline with a 3D structure featuring all of Spenta's buildings. LED strips around these formations were used to highlight these structures. The agency also created a life-sized window frame, inspired by ‘mountain facing homes’, with a breathtaking view of the mountain landscape, depicting the actual experience.

For the reveal of ‘Montana’, a corporate stage was installed with LED screens, side panels and projector screen panels, to provide a 180 degree view for one and all present. The whole event flow started off with the Spenta Corporate AV followed by a presentation and a Product AV, formulated and conceptualised by The Think Tank Entertainment. 

Subsequently, an entertainment act by The Tron Boys Crew, from India’s Got Talent fame, called the Tron Dubstep, a Bollywood dance act was put up for the audience. The second performance was a customised act through which the troupe revealed Montana on stage.
