Bacardi NH7 Weekender 2016 Announces Venue & Festival Schedule for Hyderabad and Shillong

Bacardi NH7 Weekender OML

The second edition of the Bacardi NH7 Weekender is slated to kickoff its 2016 journey from the RBDSA Sports Complex, Madan Kurkalang in Shillong on October 21 – 22. The festival this year will also have its main editions in the cities of Hyderabad and Pune.

The latest announcement from the organizers has confirmed the venue, festival schedule, ticketing details and other relevant information for the festival editions in Hyderabad and Shillong.

Shillong

Along with announcing the venue, the organizers of the two-day festival have also launched a special shuttle service which provides fans a convenient option to travel from prominent points in Shillong to the festival venue and back. Festival goers can board the Weekender shuttle from Polo Ground; Police Bazaar or Fire Brigade (Assam Oil Petrol Pump).

The 2016 edition of the festival in Shillong features prominent global names like Steven Wilson, Vertical Horizon, Wild Palms, Natty, Mr. Woodnote & Lil Rhys along with Indian artists like Nucleya, Farhan Live, Undying Inc, Prateek Kuhad, aswekeepsearching with local favourites Papon, Soulmate: History of the Blues, Dossers Urge, Imphal Talkies and many more.

After a successful sale of Pre-Sale and Phase 1 tickets, a limited number of Phase 2 Season tickets and Single Day tickets are currently available on the festivals ticketing partner Insider.in. Music fans born after September 30, 1995 can avail a special price Under 21 Ticket which is valid for both days of the festival.

Ticket holders will be issued a wristband at the venue that gives access to view all the stages, food & flea bazaar and bars at the festival. Gates to the festival open at 3:00 PM on both days.

Hyderabad

Bacardi NH7 Weekender will be making its debut in the Hyderabad market at the GMR Arena, Shamshabad on November 5-6. The two-day edition music festival will feature a versatile blend of artists and genres with internationally acclaimed acts including Dinosaur Pile-Up, Django Django (DJ Set) and Alluri and some of the biggest artists from the Indian music scene like Nucleya, Farhan Live, Indian Ocean, The Raghu Dixit Project, Baiju Dharmajan Syndicate, Ankur & The Ghalat Family, The F16s, Vir Das' Alien Chutney performing alongside local heroes Murthovic, Arpit Chourey and The Tapes to name a few.
