Amazon Picks Vibgyor to Manage its First-Ever ‘Connect’ Seller Conference

Online marketplace Amazon held its first-ever ‘Connect’ seller conference in India at The Grand Hotel in New Delhi on Aug 28. Vibgyor was chosen to conceptualise and manage the entire event, post a multi-agency pitch. Over 250 Amazon best-sellers from across country were brought under the same roof to engage with the company’s top management and familiarise them with the latest services offered. Apart from the interaction, during which the brand’s plans and vision for the future were discussed, an exhibition of Amazon’s various premium services for the sellers was also set up in the pre-function area. 

Vibgyor was responsible for all aspects of the event, including Audio Visual Content, presentations, entertainment etc. The agency has previously associated with Amazon for activations, however this was the first time they were picked to put together an event of this scale.

Commenting on the success of the conference, Ashish Ranjan - Sr Account Manager, Vibgyor said, “Amazon has been a regular client of ours in the activation space for a few years now but this the first time we worked together to create an event with them. The event, held at The Grand, New Delhi on Aug 26, engaged over 250 top sellers on Amazon. An exhibition of premium services for sellers was also set up in the pre-function area.
