E3 Integrated Events Adds the Olympic Spirit to JK White Cement Annual Dealer's Conference

E3 Integrated Events managed the annual dealer conference cum award ceremony for JK White Cement on July 23 at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar with the theme of the Olympics games which are slated to be held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil this year. The audience consisted of 400 partners of the brand from 3 states -  MP, Gujarat & Rajasthan.

E3 Integrated Events came up with the theme of “JK Olympics” to celebrate the true spirit of sportsmanship and working tirelessly to achieve your goals. The main objective behind the theme was to motivate channel partners to excel in their performance. Sports and motivational acts were woven seamlessly into the event flow to create a connect with the theme . In true Olympics-style, the event kicked off with the lighting of the ceremonial torch by Niranjan Mishra, President – Marketing, followed by a very inspirational keynote address. A customized dance act was presented by the famous Bangalore-based dance group 5678 that showed the hard work and preparation that goes behind preparing for the prestigious games. 

Emcee Shweta Rai was the host for the evening, and she engaged all the guests with interactive sessions and fun games during the course of the evening. Not only were there awards and recognition bestowed on the channel partners for their performance in the previous financial year, but lots of surprises by way of a lucky draw. Some lucky participants walked away with televisions, iPads, iPhones and even a bumper draw of a motorcycle! The top-performing dealer in the zone was awarded a brand new Maruti Baleno. 

E3 Events created an outstanding thematic stage that left everyone in awe. Additionally, the audiences were enthralled by performances by Hula B'boys of India's Got Talent fame, Tron Act by Team 5678, Unicycle and Juggling acts by performers from Goa and much much more.

Nitish Chopra, Head – Branding & Communication,  JK Cement Ltd. who was involved in conceptualizing the event appreciated the efforts of E3 Events and remarked that they have once again surpassed their own high standards.
