Inextis Events Take Yamaha Fascino on a Mall Tour of the Western Region

India Yamaha Motors recently conducted widespread mall activations to promote its new range of Fascino scooters across the western region. Prominent malls in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh participated in the on-ground activities put together by Inextis Events.
Phase 1 of the campaign saw 11 mall activations held at the main atriums of Oberoi Mall - Mumbai, Inorbit Mall - Vashi, Korum Mall - Thane, Empress Mall - Nagpur, Himalaya Mall & Alpha One Mall - Ahmedabad, V.R. Mall - Surat, Inorbit Mall - Baroda, and Magneto Mall - Raipur.
The setup for the activity was divided into two zones - Engagement section and Display Section. The crowds were encouraged to get clicked with the Yamaha Fascino scooters on display, along with various props. The emcees kept the engagement levels high with spot games. Hair stylist and makeup artists were also roped in to give quick fashion makeovers to the mall-goers. Dealer sales teams were also posted on spot to introduce the features and specification of the displayed products.
The scope of work for Inextis ranged from acquiring mall booking, collateral printing, gaining permissions, sales team co-ordination, transportation of the setup, and final execution at the venue.
Around 7,000+ audiences were engaged through the these activities, resulting in a phenomenal response for booking and retail for the new product. In total, 230+ booking and purchase of Fascino have been recorded so far.
The promotional activities for Yamaha’s new Fascino scooters were held at prominent brands in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh, engaging over 7K visitors through entertainment & games.
