The Traders Meet of 3 prominent brands – Adidas, Reebok & Veet was effortlessly pulled off by TOAST. Here’s an inside dope:
ADIDAS & REEBOK TRADERS MEET AT HYATT REGENCY, MANESAR
TOAST strengthened its relationship with Reebok and Adidas, after having awarded the trade show’s ideation and execution for the 2nd time in a row. The Traders Meet started with Adidas on June 26 and ended with the Reebok’s meet on June 29 along with a gala dinner hosted on June 28 at Hyatt Regency, Manesar. While, Adidas went ahead with the same set design; the central stage and projection screens on the top with a 360* seating all around the stage, Reebok had a different category to highlight upon for this season’s trade show.
Presentations, videos and representation of the new collection via fashion shows and electrifying kids’ performance is what the day had at the Adidas event to showcase the Spring-Summer collection to their traders. Whereas, Reebok, too, started the day with presentations from the senior brand representatives and valuable interactions between the category managers and the traders.
The focus for this year’s Reebok trade show was inclined towards the Classics Category for the brand. Highlighting the category on-ground and adding twist to the flow of presentations, TOAST created another stage within the main ballroom, which was concealed in a manner to give a look of an installation + branding. The event agency further shared that within the tea break of only 30 minutes, the entire hall was changed to Classics set up with a separate stage & a different theme altogether.
Classics Stage had selected 3D elements representing the positioning, character and what this category belongs to. The stage was an inspiration to this product range and how it aligns and integrates with the category. The white painted stage with 3D elements was the highlight of the show. Five solo rapper performances to a jam up performance of these 5 artists and a fashion show sequence on Classics Stage took away all the limelight for the event.
Commenting on the same, Prateek Nagpal—Client Services Lead-Delhi, TOAST said, “The challenge during the Reebok’s Trade Meet was the changeover within the same ballroom from the Regular Stage to the Classics Stage in the 30 minutes’ break. A 24-member production team and 5-member technical team was ready for the change over within the allotted time. Each passing minute gave us Goosebumps to finish the Set up within allotted time as there was no chance to have this delayed even by a minute. Thanks to our operations team and support from the venue for their immaculate planning which helped in churning out this mammoth task in a matter of minutes.”
VEET TRADERS MEET AT LEELA MUMBAI
Another Traders Meet managed by TOAST was for hair removal product, Veet which was held at Leela, Mumbai on July 5 for over 60 guests. Day scheduled with a couple of presentations followed by some fun, frolic and engagement activities with the Traders. Beat Boxer started the activity with a performance to a few experiential sessions with different groups and motivational speaking. Followed by the performance from a renowned Illusionist, Edumundo Da Cunha.
The finale segment was when Aditi Rao Hydari took over the stage and lifted up the spirits with a good motivational story sharing session and, of course, her association with the brand. A few traders were recognized for their hard work and efforts been put into by them over the years, they were invited on stage by Aditi to share a quick success mantra.
Every trader also got a chance to get clicked with the diva and take a souvenir back home; sharing a photo with Aditi in a customized thematic frame.
With unique concept and ideas, 3 different meets were managed by TOAST in a span of 10 days.
