Hosting a massive global conference in Hyderabad at the peak of summers is no easy feat, especially for a respected brand like Ashok Leyland. Aura Integrated Solutions took on the challenge and executed the task in style with a combination of Information, Aesthetic, and Technology engaging the 700 strong guest list. 

Ashok Leyland recently descended onto Hyderabad with a convoy of 27 massive all-new vehicles for their mega Global Distributor Conference that had invited stakeholders flown in from all over the world — Russia to Nigeria, Chile and the Honduras, along with local dealers of the commercial vehicles (CV) brand. The event served as the ideal platform for a open declaration that Ashok Leyland is now a serious contended in the CV market — in India as well as a considerable force globally. 

The four day event consisted of a Conference and an Expo, kick-started by an inspiring Awards Night decked in the host city’s Nizami splendour. From Sufi dancers to dazzling decor, the night was an ode to Hyderabad’s peak of glory. The next day, however, the venue wore a radically changed look — courtesy Aura’s pit-stop like efficiency in replacing all the trappings to create a modern day, edgy conference set-up.

The following 3-day conference rode on the underlying message ‘Ashok Leyland – Battle-scarred and Proud was here to stay’ through a brilliantly choreographed audio visual experience. The invited stakeholders’ spouses were also in for a treat with days spent on special tours of the old city and sit-down lunch at The Taj Falaknuma.

A separate 36,000 sq feet display space (at a height of 24 ft) with customised trussing for lighting and sound straddling was also built by Aura. The entire after-sales division was accommodated in a separate elevated area with Wi-Fi interactive kiosks. The agency painstakingly crafted every single detail of this event execution — from the welcome hampers to the personalised towels, each one carefully embroidered with the guest’s name. Aura believes that the  impact of the carefully orchestrated set up for the large pool of guest will be hard to beat for some time to come.

The 4 day event attended by invited stakeholders from 15 countries across the globe was hosted in Hyderabad, kick-started by an Awards Night decked in Nizami splendour.
