Event Management Association of Kerala (EMAK) Appoints New Officer Bearers

The Event Management Association of Kerala (EMAK), a body incorporated for event management companies across Kerala, convened at the end of May to appoint new officer bearers. Following the appointment of new officials on May 26, the first meeting was held on June 3 at the Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kochi. Around 100 event managers across Kerala attended.
The new board members include Martin Emmanuel, Executive Director of Razzmatazz Ventures as President; Raju Kannampuzha, Managing Director of Executive Events as General Secretary; Gopinath Rajesh, Managing Director of Ergo Consulting Services as Vice President; and Jojoe Karippaparambil Jacob as Joint Secretary.
The new officials were elected by the previous board to serve a term of two years.
On the occasion of the first meeting, Martin Emmanuel said, "The platform will discuss and clear major and minor issues faced by the event industry and promote more events and weddings in Kerala."
Raju Kannampuzha added, “The organisation aims for the nourishment of the event industry and to bring the event managers on a platform to discuss their problems and challenges. This will aid them to work in a more fruitful manner.”
With 100 members, EMAK seeks to give fair representation and guidance to the flourishing event industry in the state. The association was formed with the objective of bringing all event managers into an organised fraternity.
Following the appointment of a new board, the association held its first meeting on June 3 at the Rajeev Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Kochi.
