The experiential marketing agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, Fountainhead MKTG received the mandate to conceptualise and execute the Dell India Stall at the 2nd Smart Cities India Expo, held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from May, 11 to 13 May, 2016.
Bringing together experts and leaders from 40 countries under one platform to identify the measures for laying the foundation of smart cities, the Smart Cities India 2016 Expo had over 325 exhibiting participants from across the globe who showcased their products, services and technologies to buyers, industry representatives, center, state and local body officials with industry representatives, town and city planners, architects, realtors, academia, students and media, etc.
The leading IT solutions and services company Dell India, being the Gold Sponsor for the exhibition, had a prime location at the venue.
Keeping in mind the brand’s objective of providing space for 8 kiosks to showcase Dell and Partner services, Fountainhead designed a 90 square meter space for the stall. Aptly syncing with the Expo’s objective of providing smarter and better solutions for a better tomorrow, the stall was designed with a futuristic look integrated with technology. The Dell and Intel logos on the top as well as fascia was placed in such a way that it was widely visible from a distance on the either sides. In order to keep minimum movement from other guests, the seating area was located in a corner and covered from two sides.
An innovative table with touchscreen panel was also installed in the seating area, thus providing the Dell executives an interactive method of showing the presentations and AVs to the interested visitors. The branding of the partner solutions were also highlighted using different Dell colours to make the space look more vibrant and attractive.
On partnering with Dell India for the stall execution and management, Roshan Dalwani, General Manager - South, Fountainhead MKTG shared, “This association has been a prestigious one. To partner Dell at a Smart Cities platform, was rewarding. We were asked to curate a stall design which showcased the innovations that the Dell certified partners have developed using the Dell platform.”
