Amitabh Bachchan was recently present at an event in Mumbai to unveil the next phase in education, the launch of coaching institute MT Educare’s new teaching app, Robomate. The concept of the mobile application is to do away with books and instead use apps to read and absorb knowledge and hence the launch event organizers Cineyug decided to add the Augmented Reality experience at the event.

Augmented Reality was weaved into this event to symbolize and explain how knowledge from the books have been integrated into the Robomade app to make the learning more interactive and fun. Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan being the brand ambassador of the application was an integral part of the AR experience at the event and practiced his act to perfection before the event.

Transhuman Collective managed the AR element at the event and speaking about the experience, Co-founder, Soham Sarcar says- “The brief that we had received from Cineyug was to create an astounding augmented reality experience for 2 minutes that would explain the app and its features without any words. The challenge of this project was the time shortage as we had to literally put everything together in just 5 days.”
