OMCPL, a 24 year old event management company that specializes in events & brand activation, recently executed two uniques events - an employee meet for Eureka Forbes and a fun engagement session for women by the NSCI Club, Worli. Here’s a roundup of the what went down in Mumbai.

Eureka Forbes Sales & Marketing Teams Listen to their Tandarust heartbeats

SMART, Eureka Forbes’ annual marketing & sales meet held at J W Marriott on Apr 4 - 6, 2016, saw 400 employees of the company listening to their own heartbeat in real time. The 3-day conclave featured daylong conferences culminating in an entertainment evening at the end of each day.

Keeping up with Eureka Forbes’ motto for the year - ‘Tandarust Bharat’, OMCPL brought  the emotion to life through an engagement program that allows individuals to listen to their heartbeat in real time. The thrills of hearing one’s own heart invigorates a sense of life & health in an individual. Expressions of various employees hearing their heartbeats were captured on film and converted into a vibrant internal AV. 

OMCPL organized all aspects of the conference including a breathtaking award ceremony launch where multiple cycles peddled to light up LED strips that eventually lit up the center stage LED Screen - a spectacle symbolising ‘healthy energy fuels life’.

The following evenings entertained the employees with the addition of another experience, a neon party and finally the box cricket tournament an annual feature of SMART.

14 Hours and 1800 Women @ Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium 

The NSCI Club, Worli brought together 1800 women under the roof of Sardar Vallabhai Patel Stadium for a daylong session of pampering. OMCPL bagged the opportunity to create the unique engagement for women, within the club’s vicinity. 

The event held on Mar 30, 2016 saw the attendees taking part in various activities and enjoying services ranging from spa treatments and nail art to photo op zones, tarot card readers and shopping. From a basic idea of cooking sessions for women, the event took the shape of an interesting day out for the women with marquee master classes by some of the best known names in the field of fitness, dance, skin care, diet, communication and etiquette, cooking, hair styling and makeup, and finance. 

OMCPL was responsible for all details of the event from pre-event publicity, programming, setup to partnering with relevant services and other requirements. Choreographer Sandip Soparrkar and celebrity-hairstylist Coleen Khan were absolute hits with the women. The day culminated with the attendees celebrating womanhood at the Womania Party with Rodney & Band and Shashi Suman.

The 24 year old agency was entrusted with executing the Eureka Forbes Sales & Marketing meet as well as a daylong event for 1800 women hosted by NSCI, in Mumbai.
