engage4more successfully concluded the first Season of its intercorporate quiz IP, Brain Bout. The Grand finale was held at the courtyard of High Street Phoenix, Lower Parel Mumbai on April 23, with the format of a large live audience quiz event in a concert style. Brain Bout had Datsun as the title sponsor while the event was powered by TVS Wego.
The evening saw Team Markets & Markets – Pune emerge as the champion to this first season, with runners up Team Snapdeal. The winning team and runners up were lauded with brand new TVS Scooty’s from the powered by partner TVS Wego, while engage4more handed the winning team the cash prize of INR 50,000 cash prize for their nail biting performance at the grand finale.
Commenting on the success of the new IP launched by the agency, Nishant Parashar, Founder & Director, engage4more said, “This event was a one of a kind and the largest live audience quizzing event witnessed by a 10, 000 + audience, produced in an experiential way making it a larger than life on-ground event. engage4more is on the journey of producing world's biggest corporate engagement IPs and Brain Bout is our 2nd large televised corporate IP production after 4 successful seasons of CTC (Corporate Talent Championship) and coming soon are more corporate engagement IPs like CSL (Corporate Sports League) , a televised corporate sports IP and couple more”.
Brain Bout Season 1 saw an overall participation of over 6000 employees from 80 corporates across 7 different cities over a period of 4 months culminating in the Grand Finale. The 32 qualifying teams in the finale came from companies like Snapdeal, Pernod Ricard, IOCL, BCCL, Network18, Myntra, Brillio, Capgemini, RBS, Quikr, Bajaj FinServ and Sasken.
The property was conceptualised as a unique mind game across cities as an experiential quizzing platform aimed at engaging India Inc. on a large number of subjects while keeping it competitive.
The finale was a high octane, intellectually charged event that featured power packed quizzing. Unique elements included a live art performance used as a cue for quizzing. A sand artist displayed his skills while contestants paid thorough attention to every nuance of the art so as not to miss out on anything on display.
Later, percussion maestro Taufiq Qureshi and Mumbai Stamp performed. Next, a special abstract contemporary dance performance choreographed by Ashley Lobo and performed by Navdhara India Dance Theatre left the audience enthralled.
The dates for Season 2 of Brain Bout will be announced soon, with over 10,000 participants expected.
